Reasonable Doubt are back!
March 8th 2008

Finally, an update to the site, albeit a very minor but important one!

RD play their first show in what will be 9 months on Saturday 17th May at Tap n Tin, Chatham. The show will also be the unveiling of the new vocalist. All we can say at the moment is that the new guy really suits the music and is sure to impress.

We are all really pleased to be coming back and even more excited with all the new material we have. Who knows, we may even play some of the new songs at the gig. We hope to see you there. RD thank you for your continued support.

March 19th 2007

Two exciting bits of news! If you havent seen already the brand new video for Deadmans Switch is available for viewing online on our myspace! It's been made by the amazingly talented guys at Crooked House, and we think it looks great. Check it out and let us know what you think. It should be appearing on Scuzz in the near future so we'll want to see lots of people requesting it!

Also, Reasonable Doubt have been confirmed to support the legendary Corby based hardcore band Raging Speedhorn at the Tap N Tin in Chatham. This will be an awesome show, and will undoubtedly be packed out, so I urge you all to put this date in your calendars and come down to the show if you can because it will be unforgettable!

AND THE NEW BASSIST IS...
February 4th 2007

A Massive thank you to everyone who came to the EP launch and helped make it the great success it was. We have important news for you all! The new bass player in Reasonable Doubt is John Lastauskas. We see John as not just a replacement bassist, but part of the band as an equal member. John was the number one choice by every member of the band. His playing ability, passion for the music and general rockingness meant there could be no better replacement.

WELCOME TO REASONABLE DOUBT, JOHN!

Built To Resist will be in stores officially on February 26th. You can pre-order it by clicking the link below. We also have brand new t-shirts which can be purchased through our online store!

DAN LEAVES REASONABLE DOUBT
January 11th 2007

After three years of gigging and nearly four years in the band, our good friend Dan has decided to leave the band.

Here is his official statement:

'Some of you guys may have heard I'm leaving the band and I'm afraid that it's true. Firstly though, I'm not just running away. I'll still be there for the EP launch and the next few gigs but in the long run I'll be leaving. Now...reasons. Basically, I was losing my enthusiasm for the music and the whole touring band thing. I'm not writing anything off in the long-term but ultimately, where I'm at right now, it's not for me. And I honestly feel the best way forward for all involved is finding someone who has the zeal and passion for what they're doing that everyone else in the band has. It's not anything personal to the guys in the band (who have all been really understanding and supportive) and not a decision I take lightly - I've been kicking with these guys for coming up on 4 years now and count some of the experiences we've had to be the best and most defining of my life. In summary; We're still in love, just not married anymore. Love and respect to all you guys'

We wish Dan all the best and know that he will continue to be an awesome friend to the band, its members and the fans.

We are looking for a new bass player as soon as possible. If you are interested or know anyone who might be up to the job get in touch via myspace or the e-mail addresses on the contacts page of the site asap! You must have your own transport, be flexible for gigs and weekly rehearsals, and have a commitment and passion for metal music. Check out our material on myspace or the RD player at the top of the screen for an idea of what we sound like. We have gigs waiting and the EP coming out on Casket / Copro Records in february which will have an accompanying video hopefully making the rounds on the major rock music channels.

Thank you all for your amazing support in 2006 and we look forward to 2007 with much anticipation and excitement!
